In 1989, Van Holland faced a big decision: Move his family across the country and keep his job as a purchasing director for a major food company or take a big entrepreneurial leap and start his own company. He, of course, chose the latter.
That fork in the road gave birth to Ultra Ingredients, an innovative new business model that connected the highest quality ingredients with food, beverage and flavor companies on the U.S. West Coast.
